Due to the perishable nature of our specialty roasts, we are unable to accept returns on opened bags. However, your ritual matters to us. If a blend isn't meeting your expectations, please reach out so we can find a solution together.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@antracoffee.com. Include a photo of the item and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Orders enter our roasting and fulfillment queue quickly to ensure freshness. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
