Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of food products, we're unable to accept returns on opened coffee. If you're unsatisfied, reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that! Contact us at support@antracoffee.com with a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement right away.

Is your coffee good for sensitive stomachs?
Yes. We source high-altitude beans that are naturally lower in acid and use a specific 'Middle Path' roasting technique to further reduce the compounds that typically cause stomach upset, without sacrificing flavor.
Does low-acid coffee mean less caffeine?
Not at all. Caffeine levels remain consistent with standard specialty coffee. Our process focuses on reducing acidity and bitterness, giving you the energy you want with a much smoother finish.
Is your coffee suitable for people with acid reflux?
While everyone’s sensitivity is different, many of our customers with acid reflux find that our Gentle Gut blend allows them to enjoy coffee again. Its low-acid profile is significantly easier on the digestive system. However, We can't make medical recommendations, we suggest consulting your doctor if you have specific health concerns.
