Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days across Canada. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Where We Ship

We currently ship across Canada. While we are currently focused on our home market, we look forward to sharing Antra internationally in the near future.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check at checkout for current offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your coffee every step of the way.

Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to get your order to you on time, occasional delays may occur due to carrier volumes or weather conditions. We appreciate your patience and are always here to help.

Returns & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. We stand behind the quality of every bag we roast — and we want to make things right if something goes wrong.

Returns on Coffee

Due to the perishable nature of our specialty roasts, we are unable to accept returns on opened bags. However, your ritual matters to us. If a blend isn't meeting your expectations, please reach out so we can find a solution together.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@antracoffee.com. Include a photo of the item and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Order Cancellations

Orders enter our roasting and fulfillment queue quickly to ensure freshness. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

At Antra Coffee, every bag is roasted in small batches to ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible. As a quality-focused, Canadian-owned brand, we're committed to delivering a smooth, satisfying experience — every single cup.
